Position 1: NICU Nurse
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in NICU Nursing from a recognized institution. Valid professional license/registration from the relevant health regulatory body in Ethiopia is required. (Certifications in Neonatal Resuscitation or basic pediatric life support are highly valued).
Experience: 0 years of experience (Entry-Level / Fresh Graduates welcomed). Prior clinical internship or clinical attachment experience in pediatric or neonatal wards is an advantage.

Position 2: Laboratory Technician
Education: BSc Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognized institution.Licensure: Valid professional license / registration from the relevant health authority.
Experience: 1–3 years of proven hands-on experience as a Laboratory Technician or Technologist in a reputable hospital, medical center, or diagnostic clinic.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Health Center Administrator
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, Accounting, Finance, Management or a related field. (A combination of project management, clinical background and Finance background is highly valued).
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in an administrative leadership role within a reputable healthcare sector company (hospital, clinic, health and medical Center) or in hospitality sector company in Ethiopia.

Position 4: Driver
Education: High School Diploma ( 8th or 10th grade complete) or TVET certification.Licensure: Valid Grade 3 (Public 1) or equivalent Driving License in Ethiopia.Experience:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience as a professional driver for a medical center, company, organization, or hotel/hospitality sector.
- Mandatory requirement: Extensive experience and high familiarity with operating and handling Toyota HiAce minibus vehicles in Addis Ababa.
