Position 1: IT Support Specialist

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Proven 3+ years of IT support experience in a professional environment
Skilled in Linux and Windows administration
Experience in network setup, VPN, and troubleshooting
Knowledge of cloud backup systems and basic cybersecurity practices

IT Support Specialist Responsibilities

Provide on-site and remote technical support
Manage networks, hardware, and system configurations
Work closely with the development team and end users to ensure system stability.

Position 2: Software Developer

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Proven 1+ years of industry experience in full-stack or backend development
Solid understanding of microservices and API-driven development
Strong experience in Python, Node.js, and React.js, Redux, JavaScript ES6+ and modern frontend design practices
Experience with MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL,and Redis
Familiar with Linux Environment, Docker, Kubernetes, and GitLab CI/CD pipelines
Familiar with testing tools such as pytest, Jest, Postman, or JMeter
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
Experience in ERP or large-scale enterprise systems is preferred
