Bamacon Real Estate PLC invites qualified and interested candidates for the following positions.
Established as a grade VII construction firm in 2001 using the name of the owner and general manager as Girma Gelaw Building Contractor, BamaCon Engineering registered with the ministry of infrastructure, has grown to be a very competitive Grade I Building Contractor with favorable prospects for a role of excellence in the construction industry.
In these thirteen years of its growth, the firm has always believed that capacity depends more on organizational and human resource development than on equipment and finance.
Position: Level Man
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma /Level 3-4 in Surveying
- 2 years’& above experience in Building Projects.
The Level Man assists the Surveyor or Site Engineer in measuring and setting out levels on construction sites. The role involves using leveling instruments to determine elevations and ensure construction work follows design specifications.
Other Qualifications:
- Assist in taking level measurements using Auto Level or Dumpy Level instruments
- Hold and read leveling staff during surveying activities
- Record elevation data (Reduced Levels, Benchmarks) accurately
- Support setting out works for roads, buildings, foundations, drainage, and earthworks
- Work closely with Surveyors and Site Engineers on site
- Maintain and handle surveying equipment properly
- Follow site safety rules and procedures
- Perform other site-related tasks as assigned
