Educational Qualification: BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management Civil Engineering and other Related Field of study
Work Experiences: 2 years and above at Similar Position
Technical Competency
- Patience and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical skills to evaluate properties for clients
- Ability to deliver high-quality customer service
- Ability to use a variety of software used in real estate
A Real Estate Sales Consultant, or Property Consultant, provides clients with assistance throughout the buying and selling process of properties. A Real Estate Sales Consultant to negotiate the best deals for the clients and to facilitate the process of buying a property.

Position 2: Senior Accountant
Educational Qualification:
- MSC/BA Degree in Accounting and Finance or Accounting and other Related Field of study.
Work Experiences:
- 5/7 years and above, from these at least 2 years in Senior positions.
Technical Competency
- Track record in managing business organization preferably in Construction industry
- Professional certification IFRS, Peachtree Accounting and Tax Accountant
- Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
