As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and results-driven Brand Management and Communication Manager to lead and elevate our brand presence both internally and externally.
Position: Brand Management and Communication Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management, corporate communication, or a related role.
- Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Experience with content creation, media relations, and reputation management.
- Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand strategies that align with the company’s vision and business goals.
- Oversee all internal and external communications, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
- Manage and strengthen the company’s image through digital platforms, traditional media, and stakeholder engagement.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and events to boost brand awareness.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and customer experience.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Manage external agencies and vendors for branding, PR, and media relations.
- Evaluate and report on campaign performance and brand health metrics.
