Position 1: Junior Accountant
Requirements

Position 2: Senior Accountant
Requirements
- BA or MBA in Accounting and Finance
- 5+ and 3+ years respectively in progressively responsible for senior roles, preferably in horticulture, business
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff.
- Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.

Position 3: Greenhouse supervisor
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Horticulture/plant science and related field.

Position 4: Irrigation Department Head
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Horticulture/plant science or related field.

- Having an experience in the flower farm particularly on irrigation department has an advantage.

Position 5: Assistant Pack house Manager
Qualifications:
- A diploma or BSc in Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related field is typically required for management positions.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in rose post-harvest operations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of cool chain management of flowers and post-harvest treatments.
- Ability to operate and maintain or supervise the process and quality.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong team management abilities, able to motivate staff and handle conflict.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
