We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales expertise with a demonstrated ability to acquire new clients, retain and grow existing accounts, and consistently achieve revenue targets. The role requires a consultative sales approach, excellent negotiation and closing skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Candidates should possess a solid understanding of logistics, shipping, and freight forwarding, along with a proven track record in international sales and end-to-end shipment management, particularly for import and export operations involving China.
Position: Salesperson
Education qualification required
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Logistics, Business Management or related field
Work experience required
– 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the freight forwarding, logistics and transportation, or related industries.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong technical knowledge of ocean freight services, including FCL, LCL, reefer, special cargo, and related logistics solutions.
- Proven experience within the shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics industry.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets while maintaining high standards of reporting and performance tracking.
- Excellent customer relationship management (CRM), communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong value proposition development and objection-handling capabilities.
- High-level proficiency in reporting, data analysis, and professional sales presentations.
