Position: Head/Store Coordinator
Education: Graduated with a first degree from recognized college in management, business management, business administration, Accounting, logistics and related.
Experience: At least 3 years and above of relevant experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store and warehouse activities.
- Ensure proper receiving, storage, and issuing of materials.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe store environment.
- Ensure accurate stock records and inventory systems.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels.
- Coordinate with Procurement to ensure timely material availability.
- Ensure proper documentation (GRN, SIV, bin cards, stock reports).
- Supervise storekeepers
- Ensure smooth material flow to production lines.
