Required Skills:
Graduated with Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or Related. Minimum of 3 Years of relevant experience in Sales, Customer Service, marketing communication, public relations.

Position 2: Finance and Member Service Officer
Required Skills:
• Graduated with Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA or Equivalent Qualification. Minimum of 3 Years relevant work experience in SACCOs or Financial Institution. Proficient in accounting software and certifications: Sage 50cloud/ Peachtree, IFRS, GAAP, and others

Position 3: Loan and Resources Mobilization Officer
Required Skills:
Graduated with Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking and Insurance, Management, Business management, or Related Field. Minimum of 3 Year of relevant work experience in loan processing, banking, Credit Management, financial services

• Conduct field visits to workplaces, markets, religious institutions, and community centers.
• Collect and verify membership application documents and initial deposits.
• Educate prospects on savings culture, financial literacy, and responsible borrowing.

Position 4: Branch Manager
Required Skills:
Graduated with Master’s degree in business leadership/management, leadership, management, business administration, financial management, accounting and finance, and related fields. Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience as branch manager, other leadership or management positions in Micro finance, SACCO, or Banks.
