Abebe Mulugeta specializes in coffees sourced from Yirgacheffe, Lekempti, kaffa, Djimma, and Sidamo, names that epitomise fine Arabica coffee. Since its inception 15 years ago, AMG has established a track record of fair trading and excellent customer service, and now employs over 1,000 permanent staff .
Position 1: Coffee Quality Test Grader (Q-Grader/Coffee Quality Grader)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Food Science, Coffee Quality, or a related field.
- Certification as a Coffee Q-Grader is highly desirable.
- Experience in coffee grading, cupping, or quality assurance is preferred.
Location: (Addis Ababa, Ethiopia or Kality)
Position 2: Export Documentation Officer
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Management, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in export documentation and international trade operations.
- Strong knowledge of export procedures, Incoterms, Letters of Credit (L/C), shipping documents, and customs regulations.

Position 3: Coffee Cleaning Operator
Educational Background:-
- Diploma from a recognized Technical college (TV.ET) in mechanics, Industrial, Manufacturing or related fields preferred
Experience:-
- Minimum 5 year of experience in coffee processing, cleaning, sorting or similar industrial operations
- Experience in operating and maintaining coffee cleaning equipment is an advantage.

Position 4: Senior Accountant
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience
- Minimum 8–10 years of accounting experience
- Experience in Ethiopian tax system and reporting requirements
