Al Impex is seeking energetic, results-driven Sales Personnel to join its fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) team. This field-based role is critical for expanding product reach and driving sales growth in assigned territories. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets. Please note that this position requires collateral as part of the hiring conditions.

Position: Salesperson

Education:

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:

  • 0–1 year of experience in field sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Candidates must be able to provider collateral as part of employment conditions.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • High mobility and willingness to work in assigned territories.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel or digital sales tools is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell the company’s branded consumer goods to a variety of customers including retailers, wholesalers, and institutional buyers.
  • Ensure product availability, proper stock rotation, and optimum visibility at customer outlets
  • Monitor and report on competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback in the market.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring timely collections and addressing any service-related issues
  • Prepare and submit daily sales reports, market intelligence, and inventory updates to supervisors.
  • Support retail activation campaigns, product launches, and in-market promotions as required.
