Position 1: Sales Consultant
Educational Level: Open to any educational background.
Period of Experience: With at least 3 months of relevant experience.
Knowledge Requirements:
- Good command of English and computer programs (MS Office and CRM programs)
- Focused on customer service with excellent persuasive skills
- Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers’ needs and provide correct answers, paths, troubleshooting, or methods for a positive customer experience
- Ability to efficiently communicate with potential customers on the phone in Amharic and (when necessary) in English

Position 2: FRONT DESK OFFICER
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or college
- 2 years of relevant work experience (real estate industry is preferred)
- Strong customer care skills and a professional service mindset
- Discretion and trustworthiness, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced office environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate needs and act accordingly
