Akoya Properties is inviting qualified and motivated candidates to apply for the following positions.

Position 1: Sales Consultant

Educational Level: Open to any educational background.

Period of Experience: With at least 3 months of relevant experience.

Knowledge Requirements:

  • Good command of English and computer programs (MS Office and CRM programs)
    • Focused on customer service with excellent persuasive skills
    • Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers’ needs and provide correct answers, paths, troubleshooting, or methods for a positive customer experience
    • Ability to efficiently communicate with potential customers on the phone in Amharic and (when necessary) in English

Location: Addis Ababa

Position 2: FRONT DESK OFFICER

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or college
  • 2 years of relevant work experience (real estate industry is preferred)
  • Strong customer care skills and a professional service mindset
  • Discretion and trustworthiness, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced office environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate needs and act accordingly
