- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of professional design experience, ideally with exposure to the real estate, architecture, or luxury goods sectors.
- Portfolio:A strong, professional portfolio showcasing versatility across print, digital, and branding projects. The portfolio must demonstrate a high level of technical skill, aesthetic quality, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Position 4: Social Media Manager
- Qualification: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field is a plus, but practical experience often outweighs it
- Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of direct experience managing professional social media accounts (ideally for a real estate, property development, or related B2C/B2B business).
- Portfolio: Evidence of successful campaigns—proven track record
- PlatformMastery:In-depth knowledge of current best practices, algorithms, and technical requirements across major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and potentially Tik Tok).
