We are looking for highly motivated and experienced sales person. The ideal candidate will have a passion for tender and design especially furniture and be able to build best relationships with customers.

Position: Outdoor Sales

Work Experience: 0-3 years

We’re Looking For Candidates With:

Proven Experience: Direct sales experience, preferably in the furniture or design-related sector.

Motivation & Drive: Highly motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.

Core Skills: Excellent selling, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Creativity: A creative approach to problem-solving and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations

As an Outdoor Sales Representative, you will be the face of Abyssinia Wood Works, driving our growth and market presence.

Presentation & Promotion: Professionally present, promote, and sell our range of high-quality furniture products/services.

Relationship Building: Establish, develop, and maintain positive, long-term business and customer relationships (especially those interested in design/furniture tenders).

Target Achievement: Successfully achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the specified schedule.

Reporting: Accurately track sales activities and submit regular status reports.

Continuous Improvement: Provide constructive feedback to the team for continuous product and service improvement.

Salary: Negotiable

Place: Addis Ababa
