We are currently seeking qualified and motivated professionals to join our team in the following positions:


Position 1: Gym Receptionist

Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration

Experience: Minimum of 1 Year as a Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome members and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Handle phone calls, inquiries, and appointment bookings.
  • Manage membership registration, renewals, and payments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Provide information about gym facilities, classes, and promotions.
  • Support administrative tasks assigned by the Gym Manager.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office and basic booking/payment software).
  • Customer service-oriented attitude.
  • Professional appearance and punctuality.

Position 2: Building Operations Manager

Qualification: Bachelor of Arts in Business Management or related fields

Experience: Minimum of 3 Years in building management, facilities management, or related field

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day building operations, including maintenance, security, and cleanliness.
  • Coordinate with contractors, service providers, and internal staff.
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and operational reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Supervise building support staff and evaluate performance.
  • Handle tenant relations and resolve operational issues efficiently.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability.
  • Knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
  • Financial and budget management skills.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
