Position 1: Gym Receptionist
Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration
Experience: Minimum of 1 Year as a Receptionist
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome members and visitors in a professional manner.
- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and appointment bookings.
- Manage membership registration, renewals, and payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Provide information about gym facilities, classes, and promotions.
- Support administrative tasks assigned by the Gym Manager.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Computer literacy (MS Office and basic booking/payment software).
- Customer service-oriented attitude.
- Professional appearance and punctuality.

Position 2: Building Operations Manager
Qualification: Bachelor of Arts in Business Management or related fields
Experience: Minimum of 3 Years in building management, facilities management, or related field
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day building operations, including maintenance, security, and cleanliness.
- Coordinate with contractors, service providers, and internal staff.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Supervise building support staff and evaluate performance.
- Handle tenant relations and resolve operational issues efficiently.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
- Financial and budget management skills.
