Job Description
We are seeking a charismatic and camera-friendly individual who will be responsible for creating and posting engaging promotional content across our social media platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on camera, understands social media trends, and can creatively showcase our delivery services to attract and retain customers—all while working remotely with a flexible schedule.

The Social Media Host will mainly be responsible for producing short promotional videos, presenting our services in an appealing way, and maintaining an active presence on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Most of the work can be done from home, with occasional outdoor or on-location recordings if needed.

Key Responsibilities
The specific duties include, but are not limited to:
• Record short promotional videos (Reels, TikToks, Stories, etc.)
• Present and explain company services in a clear and engaging way
• Create creative content ideas aligned with current trends
• Post and manage content on social media platforms
• Interact with followers (comments, messages, basic engagement)
• Collaborate with the team to plan marketing campaigns
• Maintain consistency in brand image and tone
• Suggest new ideas to grow the company’s online presence
• Participate in promotional campaigns and advertisements
• Track basic performance metrics (views, likes, engagement)

Bonus (Advantage):
• Ability to speak both Amharic and Afan Oromo
• Experience in content creation, hosting, or influencing
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, etc.)

Salary & Work Arrangement
• Salary: 5,000 ETB per month
• Employment Type: Part-Time
• Work Style: Flexible (based on content schedule)

Location: Bishoftu, Ethiopia
