Position: Senior Officer-Cyber Security

Education:

BSc Degree in information Science, Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or in related fields.

Experience:

4 years of relevant work experience out of which 2 years as Officer level I or equivalent

This position is responsible for conducting security monitoring, investigations, and developing solutions to remediate current, and prevent future internal/external cyber threats in the bank. In addition, identify and detect incident response actions, provide recommendations based on data for enterprise standards, policies, and regulations.

Technical Competencies

  • Familiarity with relevant regulations, such as Swift CSP, PCI-DSS, and PCIPIN
  • Knowledge of international security framework and standards, such as ITIL, COBIT, ISO27001, and NIST
  • Familiarity with social engineering techniques
  • Someone with Secure network architecture, vulnerability testing, cloud security, Firewalls, Encryption solutions and Digital Analytics,
  • Knowhow of information Security, IT Security Managment, IT Architecture, Application and Software, SOC, IT Security Tools and Incident response
  • Someone with good Analytical and problem-solving skills Business acumen and Data analytical skills 
  • Capable user of Microsoft Office
  • Service delivery innovation
  • Industry specific skills (products and services)
  • Knowledge in International Banking practises and trade finance practice
