Position 1: Officer Property Managements

Required Qualification and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing or Supplies Management, Business Administration, or any other relevant fields.  

At least 3 years relevant experience with 2 years as Officer level II/III or equivalent

Purpose of the Program:

This position is responsible for administering, filing of different contracts of the bank, and control, fixed assets of the bank to facilitate office rent contractual agreement signing, and handles store related activities.

Position 2: Officer II, Property Management

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing or Supplies Management, Business Administration, or any other relevant field                            

Experiance:

▪ At least 1-year experience in a similar position.

This position is responsible for preparing, administering and filing different contracts of the bank and handles store related activities.

Position 3: Senior Officer- Promotion & Corporate Communications

Education:

▪Bachelor’s Degree Marketing/Journalism/Communication Managment, or any other relevant field

Experience:

▪ At least 4 years relevant experience of which 2 years as an Officer or equivalent level

This position is responsible for assisting the preparation of policies, guidelines, plans and budget of the public relations division, to assess and report the public opinions and views about the bank, to participate in the activities of corporate social responsibility and event organizations, to promote public confidence and protect the image of the bank and its services.

Position 4: Manager, Property Mgt. Division

Education:

▪Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration Supplies or Purchasing Management or related fields          

Experience:

▪ At least 6 years relevant experience with 2 years as Section Head Level or Manager I/C

The position is responsible for assisting in the preparation of policies and procedures and coordinating the operations of the property management Division to ensure the availability and optimal use of resources.

Position 5: Manager, Logistics Division

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in management, Logistics or Procurement, Purchasing and Supplies Management or Purchasing Management or related fields.       

· At least 6 years relevant experience with 2 years as Section Head Level or Manager I/C

This position is responsible for developing logistics strategies, policies, and procedures related and managing operations of the logistic Division through the activities of transport, fleet management and maintenance.

Position 6: Principal Officer-Credit Appraisal

Qualifications/Skills

• Bachelor’s/ B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

• At least 5 years relevant experience with 1 years as Senior Officer as a Professional/Expert

This position is responsible for coordinating the credit risk due diligence assessment, monitor and process loan applications and appraisal processes to ensure the success of the Unit.
