Zemen Bank invites qualified applicants for the following new job positions.

Position 1: Officer – Procurement

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or related fields.

Experience: At least 3 years relevant experience with 2 years as Officer level II/III or equivalent

The incumbent is responsible for facilitating the bank’s operational work without interruption to deliver the required items, services, and information, assisting the procurement team in the preparation of procurement related documents, follow-up of purchases and undertaking local purchases which are relatively small and less complex in nature.

Position 2: Officer – Network Support

Education: Bachelor’s/ B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Computer/Software Engineering, Communication Engineering, or any other relevant field.

Experience: At least 3 years relevant experience with 2 years as Officer level II/III or equivalent.

The incumbent is responsible for assisting the Bank to serve its customers with no or minimal network interruptions by configuring and managing network IT infrastructure systems, and by properly configuring the networking environment.

Position 3: Officer – Information Support Services

Education: Bachelor’s/ B.Sc. Degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information System or in related fields;

Experience: At least 3 years relevant experience with 2 years as Officer level II/III or equivalent

The incumbent is responsible for ensuring that all support is provided to customers on IT services assigned and handled in troubleshooting Information systems and conducting system upgrades and maintenance.

Position 4: Officer – DC & Cloud Management

Education: Bachelor’s/ B.Sc. Degree Information Science, Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or in related fields;

Experience: At least 3 years relevant experience with 2 years as Officer level II/III or equivalent.

The incumbent is responsible for conducting installation custom upgrades for customers, replacing operating infrastructure, including hardware, software, cloud management and networking components; maintaining records and drawing schematics of the centre to detail what equipment is installed.

Position 5: Senior Officer – Customer Service & Insight Analyst

Education: Bachelor’s/ B.Sc. Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience: At least 4 years relevant experience with 2 years as Officer level I or equivalent.

The incumbent is responsible for providing insightful hypotheses, actionable insights, guidance, analysis, and support through data on the bank’s digital products’ performance, customer behaviour and insights to enable the business to acquire, develop, and retain customers more profitably and effectively. 

Position 6: Senior Officer – IT Risk (Risk & Compliance Department)

Education: Bachelor’s/ B.Sc. Degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management or in related fields.

Experience: 4 years relevant experience of which 2 years as Officer Level II or equivalent.

This position is responsible for handling and coordinating all IT Risk management activities; identifying, evaluating, and monitoring the overall Information technology risk of the bank; to report to the actual, mitigated, and residual risk; formulate a framework to assess the risk and prepare summary reports and recommend prudential measures. 

Position 7: Senior Officer – Operational Risk

Education: Bachelor’s/ B.Sc. Degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management or in related fields.

Experience: 4 years of which 2 years as Officer Level II or equivalent.

The incumbent  is responsible for preparing plans and reports of the division; assess, identify, measure, and monitor various potential and actual risks of the bank which might be associated with both internal and external factors; review loan files of selected borrowers; prepare summary reports; and recommend prudential measures. 

Position 8: Principal officer – Data Centre & Cloud Management

Education: Bachelor’s/ B.Sc. Degree Information Science, Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or in related fields.

Experience: At least 5 years relevant experience with 1 year as Senior Officer as a Professional/Expert.

The incumbent is responsible for leading the Data Centre & Cloud Management team to meet bank standards and international compliance standards and ensure adequate housekeeping of the data centre environment

Position 9: Senior Officer – Core Systems

Education: Bachelor’s/ B.Sc. Degree in information Science, Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or in related fields.

Experience: At least 4 years relevant experience with 2 years as Officer level I/II or equivalent.

This position is responsible for administering and monitoring Databases, Core Banking System (CBS) & Integrate systems relying on the Core system.

Position 10: Officer, Planning and Performance Management

For Strategy Implementation & Change Mgt Department

Education: Bachelor’s/ B.Sc. degree in Human Resources Management, Change Management Leadership or another relevant subject or equivalent experience within the area of Expertise

Experience: At least 3 years relevant experience with 2 years as Officer level II or equivalent

Position 11: Officer Import Services- For Trade Services Dep’t

Education: Bachelor’s Degree Banking and Finance, Accounting, Management, Business Administration any other relevant fields.

Experience: At least 3 years relevant experience with 2 years as Officer level II or equivalent

Position 12: Officer Reconciliation- for Fund Management and Remittances Dep’t

Education: Bachelor’s Degree Banking and Finance, Accounting, Management, Business Administration any other relevant field:

Experience: At least 3 years relevant experience with 2 years as Officer level II or equivalent

Position 13: Officer Remittance- For Fund Management & Remittances Dep’t

Education: Bachelor’s Degree Banking and Finance, Accounting, Management, Business Administration any other relevant field.

Experience: At least 3 years relevant experience with 2 years as Officer level II or equivalent.

Position 14: Officer, Reconciliation – For Omni Channel Dept.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or related fields.

Experience: At least 3 years relevant experience with 2 years as Officer level II or equivalent.

Position 15: Officer, Online Banking

Education: Bachelor’s/ B.Sc. Degree in Information Technology, Social Sciences, Business, Marketing, Communications, or any other relevant field.

Experience: At least 3 years relevant experience with 2 years as Officer level II or equivalent.

Position 16: Officer, Research and Business Development

Education: Bachelor’s/ B.Sc. Degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management or in related fields.

Experience: 3 years relevant experience of which 2 years as Officer Level I/II or equivalent

Position 17: Principal Officer, Transformational Projects

Education: Bachelor’s/ B.Sc. degree in Human Resources Management, Change Management Leadership or another relevant subject or equivalent experience within the area of Expertise.

Experience: At least 5 years relevant experience with 1 years as Senior Officer as a Professional/Expert.
