Position: Young Graduate Trainee (YGT) Program for IT Dep’t


o   BSc Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related field.

o   Graduated in the preceding two years (2022/2023).Applicants must have an exit exam result confirmation certificate upon the request of the company.  

We are now looking for a dynamic individual to join our IT Department as a Graduate Trainee for three month in the Information Technology service line. Upon successful completion of the training period the trainee will be hired as Junior IT Officer in different units.

This post will be headquartered in Ethiopia’s capital, Addis Ababa. The primary goal of the job in this role, you will be trained to work in high-performing teams in order to make a difference and provide great client service.

The program combines a series of class room and on-the-job training opportunities in various areas, with the purpose of preparing you for next role in the area that maximizes your strengths, ambitions and aspirations.

 Job Responsibilities

o   Learning and using Zemen Bank standards, processes, and methods on assignments

o   Ensuring the availability of accurate and timely data on given tasks as needed, including optimal use of relevant knowledge sources

o   Learn how to build productive working relationships with workers;

o   Manage information security risk when executing tasks in accordance with Zemen Bank regulations;

o   Maintain personal growth and expertise in specialized field.

o   Complete in-depth training programs to assist you better grasp our practices, operations, and business plans.

o   Maintain excellent work habits that contribute to the bank’s development and profitability.

o   Complete in-depth training modules to help you better understand our practices, operation and business strategies
