Yegna Microfinance Institution is a microfinance institution, which is engaged in development activities in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Yegna mainly provides credit services to micro and small enterprise operators or potential operators and, low income people who are capable to work in income-generating activities. Micro enterprises are important tools in poverty alleviation through employment creation and income generation for low-income groups with limited opportunities.

Position 1: Junior HR Officer

Educational Background:  BA Degree in Management, HRM or related fields

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years experience in HR Roles in a banking or Microfinance

Location:  Addis Ababa

Position 2: Junior IT Officer

Educational Background: Bsc in IT, Computer Science & Information System

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years experience in IT Roles in a banking or Microfinance sector

Position 3: Branch Cashier

Educational Background: Accounting, Finance level IV (4) Completed  COC requirement is Mandatory

Experience:  Degree or Diploma and 1+ years experience in banking and /or microfinance Sector

Position 4: Junior Secretary

Educational Background:  Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial Science & office management, IT.

Experience:  1 year and above of experience in banking or microfinance sector (Female Only).

Educational Background:  Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance or Accounting

Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance or Accounting

Experience:  3 years of experience in related work out of which 1 years experience in a Senior Position at banking or microfinance Sector

Educational Background:  BA Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Accounting and related

Experience: 4 Years in related work out of which 1 year experience in a senior position in banking or microfinance sector

Experience:  5/7 years relevant work experience, out of which 3 years in a senior/Managerial Position the banking industry or microfinance

Position 13: Resource Mobilization Division Manager

Educational Background:  Master’s or Bachelor Degree in Social Science, Business Administration, Management or related fields

Experience:  4/6 Years relevant experience in Banking or microfinance & NGO out of which 2 years in a senior/managerial role

Position 14: Marketing & Business Development Division Manager

Educational Background:  MA or Bachelor Degree in Economics, Business Management, marketing or related fields

Experience:  4/6 years of experience in related work out of which 2 years on senior position in Banking or Microfinance Sector

Position 15: Marketing & Business Development Department Manager

Educational Background: MA or Bachelor’ Degree in Marketing Management, Economics, Business Management, or related fields
