Yegna Microfinance Institution is a microfinance institution, which is engaged in development activities in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
Yegna mainly provides credit services to micro and small enterprise operators or potential operators and, low income people who are capable to work in income-generating activities. Micro enterprises are important tools in poverty alleviation through employment creation and income generation for low-income groups with limited opportunities.
Position 1: Branch Cashier
Educational Background: BA Accounting, Accounting, and Finance / level IV (4) Completed COC requirement is Mandatory
Experience: 1+ years experience in banking and /or microfinance advantageous.
Position 2: Junior Secretary
Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial Science & office management, IT.
Experience: 1(one) year of experience in related work (Female Only)
Position 3: Board Of Secretary
Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial Science & office management, IT & having a background of law
Experience: 4 years in related work out of which 2 years experience in banking and /or microfinance in a Managerial Position.
Position 4: Senior Accountant
Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Accounting & Finance.
Experience: 3 years of experience in related work out of which 2 year experience in banking and /or microfinance experience is required
Position 5: Branch Accountant -II
Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Accounting & Finance and related.
Experience: 2 years of experience in related work out of which 1 year of experience in banking and /or microfinance is advantageous
Position 6: Senior Marketing Officer
Educational Background: BA Degree in Marketing, Business Management, and related
Experience: 3 years and above Experience. Digital Marketing experience is required
Position 7: Resource Mobilization Department Manager
Educational Background: Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Business Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
Experience: 5/7 years of experience in related work out of which 4 years in banking and /or microfinance business, of which, at least 3 years shall be in a managerial position.
Position 8: Human Resource Department Manager
Educational Background: MA/BA Degree in HR, Management, Public Administration, and related
Experience: 5/7 years of experience in related work out of which 4 years in banking and /or microfinance business, of which, at least 3 years shall be in a managerial position
Position 9: Information System Department Manager
Educational Background: Msc/ BSc degree in IT, MIS & Computer Science
Experience: 6/8 Years in related work out of which 2 years experience in banking and /or microfinance advantageous.
Position 10: Chief Executive Officer
Educational Background: MA/BA Degree in Economics, Management, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience: 8 /10 years of experience in related work out of which 5 years of experience in banking and /or microfinance business shall be in a managerial position.
