Position 1: Graduate Trainee
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Marketing, MIS, and other Banking business related fields.

Position 2: Facilities Follow-Up Officer I
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in any social science field or relevant field of study with one year as junior facility follow-up officer
Grade: XI
Place of Work: Head Office
Position 3: Receptionist
Qualifications and Experience: BA Degree in Management, Accounting, Economics or other related fields with no experience or Diploma/Diploma Equivalent in relevant fields with two (2)years related experience
– Proficiency of two or more local and international languages is advantageous.

Position 4: Office Equipment Maintenance Officer I
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Hardware Engineering or related field with three (3) years of relevant work experience.

Position 5: Branch Manager-III
Qualifications and Experience: Master’s/Bachelor’s in Accounting , Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field with four(4)/six(6) years of relevant work experience; of which one year of experience should be as Assistant Branch Manager or Customer Service Supervisor.
Place of Work: Chiro, Kebri-Dehar & Gode Branches
Position 6:Principal Facilities Management Officer
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Management or related fields with six (6) years of relevant work experience out of which one year as Senior Facilities Management Officer.
Place of Work: Head Office
Position 7: Branch Manager III-IFB
Qualifications and Experience: Master’s/Bachelor’s in Accounting , Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field with four(4)/six(6) years of relevant work experience; of which one year of experience should be as Assistant Branch Manager or Customer Service Supervisor/ Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles pertaining to Interest Free Banking Operation is required
Place of Work: Jijiga Al-Baraka Branch
Position 8: Branch Manager-I
Qualifications and Experience: Master’s/Bachelor’s in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field with six(6)/eight(8) years of relevant work experience; of which one year of experience should be as Branch Manager II
