Position 1: PROPERTY ASSESSOR-II

Qualification Required & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field with two (2) years of relevant work
experience.

Job Purpose:

To support effective credit decision making in the Bank by ensuring true and fair valuation of property pledge for collateral and foreclosure
governed by internal valuation guidelines.

Grade : X

Place of Work: Jimma District Office

Position 2: DIGITAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER-I

Qualification Required & Experience:Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Marketing, Management, Business Administration or related field with three (3) years of relevant work experience.

Job Purpose:

To support the acquisitions and retention efforts of digital -banking customers of the Bank with a view to achieving customer base and
transaction growth objectives.

Grade: XII

Place of Work: Jimma District Office

Position 3: BRANCH BANKING AUDITOR-I

Qualification Required & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent with three (3) years of
relevant experience.

Job Purpose:

To ensure that the overall banking operation at the bank’s branches is in line with the Bank’s policies and procedures and applicable laws
and regulations and ensure the adequacy of the internal control system of the Bank.

Grade: XI

Place of Work: Dire Dawa District Office

Position 4: SR. BRANCH BANKING AUDITOR

Qualification Required & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field with four (4) years of
relevant work experience.

Job Purpose:

Grade: XII

Place of Work: Jimma and Dire Dawa District Office

Position 5: SR. CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER-II

Qualification Required & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field with
three (3) years relevant work experience.

Job Purpose:

To supervises the overall cash duty of the Branch; ensures that daily balance of cash agrees with the general ledger; attends to the Bank’s
prominent customers

Grade : XI

Place of Work: Gode, Metema Yohannes Branches

Position 6: CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR-II

Qualification Required & Experience: To supervises the overall cash duty of the Branch; ensures that daily balance of cash agrees with the general ledger; attends to the Bank’s prominent customers.

Job Purpose:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field with four (4) years relevant work experience

Grade: XII

Place of Work: Lare, Metti, Metu, Tepi, Gode and Metema Yohannes Branches

Position 7: PRINCIPAL CREDIT ANALYST

Qualification Required & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management or related field with Six (6) years of relevant
work experience out of which at least 1 year experience as Senior Officer level.

Job Purpose:

To enhance the quality of the Bank’s loan portfolio and the timeliness and effectiveness of credit decision making by reviewing and ensuring
the accuracy of credit analysis report, and ensuring sound customer credit risk grading

Grade: XIII

Place of Work: Head Office, North Addis Ababa District Office & Jimma District Office.

Position 8: PRINCIPAL BRANCH BANKING AUDITOR

Qualification Required & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent Four (4) years of relevant
experience.

Job Purpose:

Grade: XII

Place of Work: City District Offices, Bahir Dar, Jimma, Dire Dawa and Hawassa District Offices.

Position 9: BRANCH MANAGER III

Qualification Required & Experience: Master’s/Bachelor’s in Accounting , Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field
with four(4)/six(6) years of relevant work experience; of which one year of experience should be as Assistant Branch Manager or
Customer Service Supervisor.

Job Purpose:

To support the sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank by cross selling the Bank’s products, marketing new products, acquiring and
retaining customers, instituting continuous improvement for enhanced customer service and operational efficiency in the Branch.

Grade: XIV

Place of Work: Bure, Havanna, Openo, Assela & Itang Branches
