VisionFund Micro Finance Institution (S.C) is an Institution established according to proclamation No. 40/96 to provide financial services to the productive poor in the rural and urban areas of Ethiopia. VisionFund is currently operating in four of the Regional States of the country.
The MFI is currently looking for candidates. The successful candidates will have skills and experience that meet the following requirements:

Position: Human Resource and Administration Officer
Qualification:
- BA Degree in HR Management, Management or related fields.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
- Integrated knowledge and understanding of human resources concepts, practices,
systems, and procedures; - Ability to interact and deal with people;
- Excellent planning, organizational, analytical and decision-making skills;
- Firm belief in teamwork and gender equality;
- Basic computer skills;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
Location: Furi, Sheger City
Position 2: Senior Legal Officer
Qualification:
- LLB Degree in Law.Â
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Able to communicate and good presentation skill;
- Good knowledge of the court system and procedures, legal ethics;
- Ability to interpret, analyses and solve problems;
- Ability to act in professional and ethical manner;
- Capability and willingness to take responsibility and highly developed sense of integrity;
- Proficiency in Microsoft office applications.
- Ability to act in professional and ethical manner.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Branch Manager “D”
Requirements:
- University Degree/Diploma in Economics, Accounting, Business administration, Management, Banking, Â Marketing, Cooperative, Agricultural economics, Agriculture or related social sciences and business fields;
- Related experience of 4 years for Degree and 6 years for Diploma
- Determined personality with initiative, perseverance and the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Capability and willingness to take responsibility and highly developed sense of rectitude
- Ready to comply and live up to and in accordance with the organization Ideals and Core Values
- Be proficient in Microsoft office applications
- Able to plan and manage finances, including a basic understanding of accounting.
- Be a good trainer, facilitator, mentor, and coach
- Very good communication and marketing skills
- Motor bicycle driving skill and License
