VisionFund Micro Finance Institution (S.C) is an Institution established according to proclamation No. 40/96 to provide financial services to the productive poor in the rural and urban areas of Ethiopia. VisionFund is currently operating in four of the Regional States of the country.

VisionFund MFI is currently looking for candidates. The successful candidates will have skills and experience that meet the following requirements:

Position 1: Junior E-Banking Officer

EDUCATION/TRAINING: BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information technology or related field.

EXPERIENCE: 0 – 2 Years of experience

TECHNICAL AND OTHER SKILLS

·  Ability to work with very minimum supervision

· Self-motivated with good interpersonal skill

· Excellent report writing and presentation skills

· Proactive and result-oriented

· Exposure to the electronic payment systems in Ethiopia

· Excellent understanding of Digital Financial Services Platform

· High level of analytical and creative skills

· Excellent written and report writing skills in English;

· Understanding of digital channels operations and services

· Excellent complaint handling skills.

Terms of Employment: Permanent

Position 2: Marketing and Communication Division Manager

EDUCATION/TRAINING: MB/MBA/BA in Marketing Management, Business Management, Economics or relevant field. 

EXPERIENCE: A minimum of 7/9 years of relevant experience, preferably in MFI.

TECHNICAL AND OTHER SKILLS:

· Proven experience in marketing and communication roles, preferably in a similar industry.

·  Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.

·  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·  Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.

·  Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
