Tsehay Bank S.C. would like to recruit fresh graduates and qualified candidates for the following positions:
Tsehay Bank is a share company established on July 23, 2022 with business license issued as per the banking business proclamation no. 592/2008. It commenced operations with an authorized capital of Birr 2.8 billion and paid-up capital of 734 million Birr. It comprises a limited number of 373 shareholders.
It officially opened its doors on July 23, 2022 with 30 full-fledged branches in Addis Ababa and other major Towns. Its branch networks have reached 69+ as of March 25, 2023.
Position 1: IT Trainee
Educational Qualification: A Minimum of BSc. degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Management Information Systems or related field of discipline.
Year of Graduation: 2021 and onwards
CGPA: above 3.25

Position 2: Senior Digital Marketing Officer
Educational Qualification: A minimum of BA degree holder from recognized higher learning institutions in Management, Marketing Management, Business Information System, IT, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance or related field of discipline.
Experience: Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with at least 2 years’ service as Digital Marketing Officer.

Position 3: Senior Brand Management and Promotion Officer
Educational Qualification: A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Management, Marketing Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance or related field of discipline.
Experience: Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with at least 2 years’ service as Brand Management and Promotion Officer.

Position 4: Senior Online and Agent Banking Officer
Educational Qualification: A Minimum of BSC degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related field of discipline.
Experience: Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with at least 2 years’ service as Online and Agent Banking Officer or equivalent in one of the digital banking functions.

Position 5: Senior ATM Services Officer
Educational Qualification: A Minimum of BSC degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related field of discipline.
Experience: Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with at least 2 years’ service as ATM Services Officer or equivalent in one of the digital banking functions.

Position 6: Principal Card Banking Technology Officer
Educational Qualification: A Minimum of BSC degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related field of discipline.
Experience: Must have a minimum of 6 years of experience with at least 2 years’ service as Senior Card Banking Technology Officer or equivalent in one of the digital banking functions.

Position 7: Senior Strategy and Change Management Officer
Educational Qualification: A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Project Management, Marketing Management or related field of discipline.
Experience: Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with at least 2 years’ service as Strategy and Change Management Officer.

Position 8: Customer Service Officer
Educational Qualification: A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of discipline.
Experience: Must have a minimum of 2 years’ of experience as Junior Customer Service Officer.

Position 9: Senior Customer Service Officer I
Educational Qualification: A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of discipline.
Experience: Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with at least 2 years’ service as Customer Service Officer.
Place of Work: Jigjiga
Position 10: Branch Manager I-IFB Full-fledged Branch
Educational Qualification: A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Marketing Management or related field of discipline
Experience: Must have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years’ service at a supervisory level
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 11: Branch Manager I
Educational Qualification: A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Marketing Management or related field of discipline
Experience: Must have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years’ service at a supervisory level in IFB Branch Management
Place of Work: Addis Ababa, Bahir Dar Area, Gondar Area and Debre Markos Area
