Tsehay Bank S.C. would like to recruit qualified candidates for the following positions:
Tsehay Bank is a share company established on July 23, 2022 with business license issued as per the banking business proclamation no. 592/2008. It commenced operation with an authorized capital of Birr 2.8 billion and paid-up capital of 734 million Birr. It comprises a limited number of 373 shareholders.

Position 1: Digital Banking Operation Officer
Educational Qualification: A minimum of BA/BSC degree holder from recognized higher learning institutions in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Management, Economics, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or other related field of discipline.
Experience: Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as Junior Digital Banking Operation Officer or similar job roles
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Senior Security Officer
Educational Qualification: A Minimum of BSC degree holder in Computer Science, IT, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related field of discipline.
Experience: Must have minimum of 3 years of experience with at least 2 years’ service as Security Officer or other similar job roles.
Additional Requirement: It will be highly Advantageous if the candidate has any of the following Information Security Certifications such as CCNP-security, CISSP, CCSP, CISM, CRISCIn addition, Familiarization with NIST, ISO2700x, COBIT and/or other security standards is advantageous.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Principal Security/ Cyber- Security Architect
Educational Qualification: A Minimum of BSC degree holder in Computer Science, IT, Management Information Systems Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field of discipline.
Experience: Must have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years’ service as Senior Security Officer or equivalent title.
Additional Requirement: It will be highly Advantageous if the candidate has any of the following Information Security Certifications such as CCNP-security, CISSP, CCSP, CISM, CRISCIn addition, Familiarization with NIST, ISO2700x, COBIT and/or other security standards is advantageous.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Principal Software Developer
Educational Qualification: A Minimum of BSC degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related field of discipline
Experience: Must have a minimum of 6 years of experience with at least 2 years’ service as Senior Software Developer.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 5: Principal Data Analytics Officer
Educational Qualification: A Minimum of BSC degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related field of discipline.
Experience: Must have a minimum of 6 years of banking experience with at least 2 years’ service as Senior Data Analytics Officer
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
