Tsehay Bank S.C. would like to recruit qualified candidates for the following positions:

Tsehay Bank is a share company established on July 23, 2022 with business license issued as per the banking business proclamation no. 592/2008. It commenced operation with an authorized capital of Birr 2.8 billion and paid-up capital of 734 million Birr. It comprises a limited number of 373 shareholders.

Position 1: Customer Service Officer

Educational Qualification: A minimum of BA degree from a recognized Higher Learning Institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or any related field of discipline.

Experience: Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as Junior Customer Service Officer.

Place of Work: Bati, Debark, Delgi, Gendewuha, Motta, Shindi

Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer

Educational Qualification: A minimum of BA degree from a recognized Higher Learning Institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or any related field of discipline.

Experience: Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with at least 2 years’ service as Customer Service Officer.

Place of Work: Bati, Debark, Gendewuha

Position 3: Branch Manager I

Educational Qualification: A minimum of BA degree from a recognized Higher Learning Institution in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Economics, Leadership, Business Administration, Marketing Management or any related field of discipline.

Experience: Must have a minimum of 7 years of banking experience with at least 1 year service at a supervisory level.

Place of Work: Bati, Delgi

Position 3: Senior Risk Management Officer

Educational Qualification: A minimum BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution: in Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing Management or a related field of discipline

Experience: Minimum of 4 years in bank risk management areas such as credit review and lending operation positions.

Additional Requirement: Knowledge of current Ethiopian Banking laws and regulations

Place of Work: Addis Ababa

Position 5: Senior Data Analytics Officer

Educational Qualification: A Minimum of BSC degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related field of discipline.

Experience: Must have a minimum of 3 years of banking experience with at least 1 year service as Data Analytics Officer

Place of Work: Addis Ababa

Position 6: Senior Database Administrator

Educational Qualification: A Minimum of BSC degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related field of discipline

Experience: Must have a minimum of 2 years of banking experience as Database Administrator

Place of Work: Addis Ababa
