Tsehay Bank S.C. would like to recruit qualified candidates for the following positions:

Position 1: Customer Service Officer Full-fledged IFB Branch
Educational Qualification: A minimum of BA degree from a recognized Higher Learning Institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or any related field of discipline.
Experience: Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as Junior Customer Service Officer on IFB Window/Branch. Certification in IFB related trainings is an advantage.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa (Kolfe Atena Tera and Furi)
Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer Full-fledged IFB Branch
Educational Qualification: A minimum of BA degree from a recognized Higher Learning Institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or any related field of discipline.
Experience: Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with at least 2 years’ service as Customer Service Officer on IFB Window/Branch. Certification in IFB related trainings is an advantage.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa (Kolfe Atena Tera and Furi)
