Position 1: Customer Service & Experience Officer-II

Minimum Educational Qualification: Minimum Educational Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting Business Administration or related fields.

Minimum Relevant Work Experience: Minimum Relevant Work Experience: 4 Years of relevant work experience. Out of which 1 year as officer I and equivalent relevant position

Place of Work: Yirgachefe/Humera Maksegno Gebeya (Genda Wuha District)

Position 2: Loan Workout & Portfolio Management Officer II

Minimum Educational Qualification: Minimum Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting Business Administration or related fields.

Minimum Relevant Work Experience: Minimum Relevant Work Experience: 4 Years of relevant work experience. Out of which 1 year as officer I and equivalent relevant position

Place of Work: Yirgachefe/Humera Maksegno Gebeya (Genda Wuha District)

Position 3: IT Support Officer I

Minimum Educational Qualification: Minimum Educational Qualification:Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, Information Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Analytics and MIS and related field

Minimum Relevant Work Experience: Minimum Relevant Work Experience:3 years of relevant work experience.

Place of Work: Addis Ababa District/Woldiya District

Position 4: Card Banking Officer II

Minimum Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting Business Administration or related fields

Minimum Relevant Work Experience: 4 Years of relevant work experience. Out of which 1 year as Officer I and equivalent relevant position

Place of Work: Head Office

Position 5: Senior Card Banking Officer

Minimum Educational Qualification: Minimum Educational Qualification:Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Accounting Business Administration or related fields

Minimum Relevant Work Experience: Minimum Relevant Work Experience:5 years of relevant experience, out of which 1 year in officer II & equivalent related position

Required number: 2

Position 6: Senior Ethics & Anti-Corruption Officer

Minimum Educational Qualification: Minimum Educational Qualification:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting and Finance, Banking, Finance & Investment, Corporate Finance, or related fields.

Minimum Relevant Work Experience: 5 years of relevant experience, out of which 1 year in officer II & equivalent related position.

Position 7: Senior System Administrator

Minimum Educational Qualification: Minimum Educational Qualification:Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, Information Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Analytics and MIS and related field

Position 8: Senior Customer Protection & Compliant Handling Officer

Minimum Educational Qualification: Minimum Educational Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting or related fields.

Minimum Relevant Work Experience: Minimum Relevant Work Experience: 5 years of relevant experience, out of which 1 year in officer II & equivalent related position.

Place of Work: Head Office

Position 9: Branch Manager-I

Minimum Educational Qualification: Minimum Educational Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting and Finance, Banking, Finance & Investment, Corporate Finance or related fields.

Minimum Relevant Work Experience: 6 years of relevant work experience, out of which 1 year in senior officer position. CSM-I with related jobs

Place of Work: Yirgachefe/Humera Maksegno Gebeya (Genda Wuha District)

The compensation will be as per the Bank’s salary scale and Benefit package.
