Transsion Manufacturing Plc is established in July 2006 in China, for the purpose of manufacturing mobile phone apparatus, software development, different electronics home appliances and construction.

In General, it is a high-tech Company specializing in the Research & Development, production, sale and service of mobile & communication products.

Position: Management Trainee-

For Sales, Marketing and Engineering

Education: BA/BSc Degree graduate in Engineering :-Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Software and related, Marketing, Management, Economics ,Accounting and other related qualification from reputable universities in 2022/2023 with CGPA of above 2.5 for both Male & Female.

Experience: Not required

Responsibilities

Participating in class room or on-the-job training actively.
Participating in meetings, workshops, and team-building events.
Compiling reports and making presentations
Providing new ideas for improvement of our operation
Bringing positive energy into the company, and build enduring professional relationships with customers and staff.

The major objective of this Management trainee program is to empower fresh graduates and prepare them for future leadership career.

Location: Addis Ababa, Harer & Dredawa.
