Position 1: Junior Logistics Officer
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or a related business field
- 0 years or 1 year of relevant work experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for daily reporting
- Female applicants are highly encouraged to apply

Position 2: Junior Industrial Engineer
Qualifications: BSc Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: 0 years of related work experience.
The roles and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Participate in new machine fitting, from human, machine, material, method, and environmental, ring five aspects, summarizes test and trouble spots, participate in the test and review, confirm the improvement plan.
- Prepare FMECA (Failure mode effect critical analysis) reports.
- Prepare Amharic operating and inspecting procedures from Chinese procedures.
- Arrange and organize departmental documents.
- Study work-load and set labour standards.
- Examine ergonomics of workshop and work to ensure employee safety.

Position 3: Junior Process Engineer
Educational Qualification: BSc in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 0 years of related work experience.
The roles and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Monitor and evaluate 4M1E factors (Man, Machine, Material, Method, Environment) daily to ensure stable production flow and propose improvement actions.
- Identify production problems, perform root cause analysis, implement corrective and preventive measures, and ensure issues do not recur.
- Maintain and improve production records, forms, and documentation related to daily activities.
- Lead the execution of assembly processes, allocate manpower with line leaders, and ensure process adherence on the shop floor.
- Analyze production line Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identify performance gaps, develop improvement plans, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Propose and lead actions aimed at enhancing productivity, improving quality, and reducing manufacturing costs.
- Prepare and update training materials, deliver on-line training, conduct assessments, and evaluate operator competency regularly.

Position 4: Junior Machine Engineer
Educational Qualification:: BSC in Mechanical engineering.
Experience: 0 years of related work experience.
Major duties include:
- Perform regular calibration and preventive maintenance on production equipment to ensure stable and accurate performance.
- Manage equipment and spare parts procurement, maintain maintenance logs, and ensure proper documentation and record management.
- Diagnose and resolve major equipment breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production.
- Lead the validation and acceptance of newly introduced equipment, ensuring effective integration into the production process.
- Prepare and maintain essential equipment-related documents, including equipment checklists, maintenance schedules, equipment resumes, and annual maintenance plans.
- Collect, analyze, and improve data related to equipment malfunctions, fixture failures, and recurring machine-related problems.

Position 5: Junior Repair Engineer
Educational qualification: Level IV, V in electronics.
Experience: 0 years (new graduates welcome)
Major duties include:
- Prepare daily maintenance and repair reports for rejected materials.
- Analyze defects found in both incoming and in-process materials, identify root causes, and provide feedback to responsible departments for corrective action.
- Verify and ensure the quality and functionality of repaired products before release.
- Continuously update technical skills and knowledge through training, workshops, and relevant technical publications.
- Achieve assigned repair productivity targets while maintaining required quality standards.
- Perform repairs, rework, testing, and full documentation of all service activities as per company procedures.
- Complete repairs within specified timelines and return products as per turnaround requirements.
- Support workshop upkeep and ensure a clean, safe, and healthy working environment.

Position 6: IT Specialist
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of professional work experience in IT support, network administration, or a similar role.
- Language: Must be fluent in English (both written and verbal).
- Technical Hints (Desired Skills):
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and basic network configuration
- Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, macOS).
- Experience with troubleshooting common office software and hardware issue

Position 7: Visa Specialist
Educational qualification:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Strong team management and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
