Position 1: Receptionist
Qualifications & Requirements
- Recent graduate with a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Secretarial Science, or related field.
- Strong communication skills (Amharic and English; additional languages are an advantage).
- Basic computer skills (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Customer service-oriented with a polite and approachable manner.
Location: Tracon Real Estate – Lebu Site
Position 2: SECURITY PERSONNEL
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of Grade 10 education; additional security training is an advantage.
- Must live in or around Lebu area for easy accessibility and reliability.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in security or guard services (residential or commercial property preferred).
- Physically fit and alert.
- Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with residents and staff.
- Honest, reliable, and disciplined.
- Basic knowledge of incident reporting and record keeping.
Location: Tracon Real Estate, Lebu, Addis Ababa
Position 3: Generator Operator
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Technical or vocational diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Prior experience in generator operation is an advantage, but fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and understand operation manuals and maintenance instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious attitude.
- Physically fit and able to work in rotating shifts if required.
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
Location: Tracon Real Estate – Lebu Site.
Position 4: Lift Operator
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or technical training certificate preferred.
- Prior experience as a lift operator or in a customer service role is an advantage.
- Fresh candidates with strong discipline and reliability are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations.
- Good communication skills in Amharic (English is an advantage).
- Punctual, responsible, and service-oriented.
Location: Tracon Real Estate – Lebu Site.
Position 5: CCTV Room Personnel
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional security-related training is a plus.
- Previous experience in CCTV monitoring, security, or related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay alert for long periods.
- Basic technical knowledge of CCTV systems and equipment troubleshooting.
- Good communication skills in Amharic and Basic English (preferred).
- High sense of responsibility, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Ability to remain calm and act quickly under pressure.
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
