Temer Properties, also known as Temer Real Estate, was founded in 2010 EC by two visionary individuals with a mission to transform the real estate landscape in Ethiopia. With a focus on delivering state-of-the-art real estate in Ethiopia, especially in Addis Ababa, we have successfully completed over 10 major projects, providing more than 350 quality apartment units and modern homes to our valued customers.

Currently, we are actively developing new apartments and commercial shops in Ethiopia, offering clients access to affordable housing and prime business spaces in top locations.

Position 1: Digital Marketing Specialist

Qualifications:

Solid experience in digital marketing, with proven campaign planning and execution
Familiarity with SEO, email marketing tools, analytics platforms (Google Analytics, etc.)
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions
Good understanding of content marketing, conversion optimization, and digital advertising basics
Excellent communication and project-management skills

Position 2: Paid Ads Specialist

Qualifications:

Proven track record managing PPC and paid social campaigns with measurable results
Strong understanding of ad platforms, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and analytics tools
Analytical mindset with skill at interpreting data and optimizing campaigns accordingly
Excellent copywriting and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns/projects and collaborate cross-functionally
