Silver Spring Production and Promotion PLC which is the sole agent for ebs television. We are looking to hire a motivated and energetic candidate to join our company as a Junior Legal Assistant and Program Review.

Program review is a section under the Legal Department. It contributes to the station as a gate keeping or damage preventive platform against any legal concerns. The section also facilitates smooth working environment by creating legal awareness with in the creative and production crew. “Freedom of expression being a basic right, it is also not an absolute right”; it has its own limitations; accordingly, respecting media related legislation and journalistic ethics happens to be the focus area of this section.

Position 1: Junior Accountant

Job Requirements

  • BA Degree in  Accounting, Accounting and Finance or relevant field
  • Ability to work with the team to establish and maintain financial files and ledgers
  • Able to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of all records and information entrusted at all times 
  • Handle any other responsibilities as assigned through timely closing and business reporting  
  • Sound Accounting knowledge in addition to Peachtree skill
  • Good computer skills in MS-Office & QuickBooks accounting software with excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong analytical ability, negotiation skill, ability to develop strong working relationship with problem solving aptitude having commercial and business awareness with good communication skill both in writing and verbal.

The Production Accountant is responsible for the financial management of various television programs, ensuring everything runs smoothly from a budgetary standpoint. Specific tasks during production include calculating finances, costing productions, liaising with financiers, and managing cash flow.

Position 2: Junior Human Resources Officer

Job Requirements:

  • BA Degree in Management, Business administration, Human Resource Management, or relevant field
  • 2 -3 years of experience as a junior HR officer or similar HR role
  • knowledge of human resources operations and best practices
  • Hands on experience in using MS Office, databases and HRIS systems 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills

  • Any additional training and certification in Human Resource Management will be considered an advantage

We are looking for a junior Human Resources Officer to support our exciting growth!  The purpose of the post is to provide day-to-day support on a number of HR operational matters, as well as on specific and punctual HR related initiatives such as the employee recognition and award program.

Position 3: Purchaser

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Purchasing and Supplies Management , Procurement and supply chain Management, Economics, and Accounting and Other related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years previous Human Resource management experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assess procurement requirements; prepare procurement plans, draft specifications and initiate procurement process;
  • Assist to prepare procurement/tender documents for Concerned Departments;
  • Check quality of deliverables and ensure that procured items are delivered properly as per specification as well as contract agreement and deal with performance evaluation of vendors;
  • Assist to ensure timely procurement of goods/logistical requirement and services through monitoring the procurement progress with the Procurement unit and follow up with vendors;
  • Prepare reports on procurement for Administration Manager and others.
  • Maintain Inventory and records for vehicles, assets, office supplies; and other.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by immediate supervisor.
