Shobole Engineering plc would like to recruit qualified candidates for the following positions.

Shobole Electromechanical is a renowned company specializing in various projects related to the supply, installation, maintenance, and operation of elevators and escalators, as well as other electromechanical works.

Position: Sales Executive / Representative

Education:

Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related fields (Engineering background/exposure is a plus).

Experience:

1–4 years in sales, preferably in construction, Elevators, Generators, or HVAC sectors.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pitch electromechanical products (elevators, escalators, generators, HVAC) to developers and contractors.
Collaborate with the engineering team to prepare technical proposals.
Negotiate terms, close contracts, and hit sales targets.
Build client relationships and ensure quality after-sales support.

Work Location: Addis Ababa
