Position 1: Customer Engagement and Success Officer
Education and Experience:
- A degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Management, Marketing Management, or a related field.
- No prior experience required – we’re looking for candidates eager to learn and grow.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
- Detail-oriented with a strong customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to handle client inquiries with professionalism and care.
Position 2: Talent Management Officer
Qualifications:
- A degree in Management, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in HR or talent management.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and align talent management with business goals.
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A passion for helping employees grow and develop within the organization
