Position 1: Customer Engagement and Success Officer

Education and Experience: 

  • A degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Management, Marketing Management, or a related field.
  • No prior experience required – we’re looking for candidates eager to learn and grow.

Knowledge & Skills: 

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to handle client inquiries with professionalism and care.

Position 2: Talent Management Officer

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Management, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in HR or talent management.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and align talent management with business goals.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A passion for helping employees grow and develop within the organization
