Position: Junior Accountant/Finance

Qualification: Degree in Accounting

Responsibilities:

Track Project Expenses and Payments
Monitor and record all construction-related costs, including materials, labor, and subcontractor payments.

Assist in Preparing Project Budgets and Cost Reports
Support the preparation of budgets for individual construction projects and generate periodic cost performance reports.

Handle Accounts Payable and Receivable
Process supplier invoices, track receivables from clients, and ensure timely payments and collections.

Reconcile Bank and Petty Cash Accounts
Reconcile project site petty cash, company bank accounts, and report discrepancies to the finance head.

Support Tax and Compliance Activities
Assist in preparing documents for tax filings, financial audits, and ensure compliance with government regulations.
