Roen Manufacturing PLC invites fresh and qualified applicants for the following positions.
Position 1: Finance Assistant
Required Education
Completion of secondary education in finance, accounting, or a related field is required.
Required Professional Experience
Previous experience is not required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Language Requirements
English and Amharic
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.
- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements.
- Perform data entry and reconciliation of financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Provide support in auditing processes and financial analysis.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Position 2: General Assistant
Required Education
Completion of secondary education (college) in any field is required, as long as the applicant has fulfilled all student fee obligations and holds no obligations to the government.
Required Professional Experience
A minimum of one year of professional experience in a related field is required.
Language Requirements
English and Amharic
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, scheduling, and data entry
- Assist in the preparation, review, and management of documents related to licenses, permits, visas, and immigration matters.
- Coordinate with team members and external agencies for the submission and tracking of applications related to licenses, permits, immigration, and investments
- Liaise with professionals and institutions on behalf of the team.
- Maintain accurate records, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of paperwork related to legal and regulatory matters
- Assist with travel arrangements, booking flights, hotels, and rental cars for staff members as required.
- Perform other relevant duties assigned by the immediate supervisor to ensure smooth operations within the organization.
