R.k.a.d International trading p.l.c was established in 2007 European Calendar under Ethiopian laws. The company is involved in export of Ethiopian processed dry food stuff, spices and Coffee and import of Office Machineries, Banking Equipment, Banking Systems with software and medical equipment.
We have been a regular hardware and service provider to a number of both Governmental and nongovernmental organizations. We have a dedicated, and fully equipped technical workshop for after sales and other technical services.
Position 1: Junior Tender Officer
Qualification: Diploma In any department
Work experience:Â Minimum 0 years Experienced, Experience in bidding is encouraged
- Excellent communication to detail and accuracy
- Fast typing skills
- Excellent in English and Amharic language
- Excellent in basic computer skill
- Â Ready to learn and understand, with some knowledge of bidding
- Candidate who lives in Addis Ababa
Position 2: Secretary
Qualification: High school diploma or degree, Formal qualification in office administration, secretarial work, or related training
Work experience:Â 1-2 years, Experience as an administrative secretary would be advantageous.
- Advanced proficiency in managing documents, and databases.
- Ability to liaise internally and externally on administrative matters
- Exceptional filing, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Proficiency in appointment scheduling and call forwarding systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Position 2: Senior Accountant
Qualification: BS degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant
Work experience: 1-2 year, Two Years of Proven experience as a senior accountant
- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures
- In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Awareness of business trends
- Familiarity with financial accounting statements
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process of ERCA
- Hands-on experience with accounting software packages, like Peachtree and MS Excel skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
