Position: IT Expert

  • Education: degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in IT support or system administration; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo) is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft 365, basic networking, and troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of business software (e.g., accounting, inventory, HR modules).
  • Digital Marketing skill
  • Understanding of data security principles and access control protocols.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector is advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts across all company IT systems (e.g., ERP, email, internal databases).
  • Competent in digital marketing skill and content creator role for social media posts.
  • Assign and manage user roles, permissions, and access levels based on departmental needs and security policies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of access controls and approvals.
  • Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues (e.g., login problems, system errors, connectivity).
  • Diagnose and resolve minor technical issues; escalate complex problems to relevant IT teams with detailed reports.
  • Assist in configuring and maintaining IT equipment, including computers, printers, and peripherals.
  • Monitor IT systems for performance, security, and compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct regular checks on backups, updates, and system patches to ensure reliability.
  • Collaborate with IT vendors or external support teams for system upgrades or repairs.
  • Serve as the primary contact for IT-related inquiries from employees across departments.
  • Gather and relay user feedback to improve IT systems and workflows.
  • Organize training sessions or create guides to help staff use IT tools effectively.
  • Enforce IT security protocols, including password policies and data protection measures.
  • Assist in audits and ensure IT practices align with company, supplier and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the deputy manager.
