Rammis Bank is seeking highly motivated and talented individuals for the Management Trainee program. This program is designed to identify and develop future leaders by providing training, and banking exposure to various business functions.

As a Management Trainee, you will undergo a structured learning process and rotating assignments in different departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of the bank’s operations and strategic objectives. The role offers an excellent opportunity to build a solid foundation for a successful career in banking and contribute to the growth and innovation of Rammis Bank.

Position: Management Trainee

Minimum Educational Qualification and Work Experience: MSc/MA in Business-related fields (Economics, Management, Accounting, etc…) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate business or any other finance related sectors.
