Position 1: Cashier
Educational level: BA in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Banking , Management & other related fields that is gained from a recognized college/university, (Minimum Diploma in Business Fields)
Experience: 2 – Zero Experience
Training: IFRS, core banking is necessary Except for thecashierposition
Place of Work: Branch office, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Position 2: Credit and Saving Officer (CSO)
Educational level: BA in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Banking , Management & other related fields that is gained from a recognized college/university
Work Experience: 3 years of relevant Experience
Training: IFRS, core banking is necessary Except for thecashierposition
Place of Work: Branch office, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Position 3: Branch Accountant
Educational level: BA in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Banking, Management & other related fields that is gained from a recognized college/university
Work Experience: 3 years of relevant Experience
Training: IFRS, core banking is necessary Except for thecashierposition
Place of Work: Branch office, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Position 4: Branch Manager
Educational level: BA in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Banking, Management & other related fields that is gained from a recognized college/university
Work Experience: 5 years of Relevant Experience
Training: IFRS, core banking is necessary Except for thecashierposition

Position 5: Internal Audit Manager
Educational level: BA /MA in Accounting ,Economics, Finance, Banking , Management & other related fields that are gained from a recognized college/university
Work Experience: Three (3) years of minimum managerial level working experience is mandatory
Training: IFRS, core banking
Place of Work: Head office, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Position 6: Finance Manager
Educational level: BA /MA in Accounting ,Economics, Finance, Banking , Management & other related fields that are gained from a recognized college/university
Work Experience: Three (3) years of minimum managerial level working experience is mandatory
Training: IFRS, core banking
Place of Work: Head office, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Position 7: Operation Manager
Educational level: BA /MA in Accounting ,Economics, Finance, Banking , Management & other related fields that are gained from a recognized college/university
Work Experience: Three (3) years of minimum managerial level working experience is mandatory
Training: IFRS, core banking
Place of Work: Head office, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Salary: Based on the Organization’s scale + allowance
