Rainbow Foam and Plastic Industry is a private Limited company that produces polyurethane foam in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. It was founded and established in 1996 by Mr. Abeselom Yehdego and his wife Almaz Yacob as a private limited company. It is currently being managed by their two sons Yehdego Abeselom Jr. acting as Managing Director and Yacob Abeselom as the General Manager.

Position: Executive Assistant
Education
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Skills
- The ability to converse and communicate well with top management
- Computer literacy is required
- Good multitasking skills, and the ability to work under pressure
- Strong English speaking, reading and writing skills
- The ability to apply good judgment and make good decisions
- Experience in managing event logistics.
An Executive Assistant to the COO provides executive-level support to the Chief Operating Officer.
- Maintaining the COO’s schedule
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- Providing logistical and travel support
- Working on operations-related projects, reporting directly to the COO
- Maintaining an accurate and detailed calendar to COO
- Tracking COO’s tasks and projects to ensure appropriate prioritization of projects
- Conducting preliminary research on a variety of topics.
- Any other reasonable tasks as relayed by the Chief Operating Officer

- Young female between the age of 20 and 35.
