Position 1: Branch Manager I (for IFB Full Fledged Branch)

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management/ Business Administration/ Accounting and related area of research with 6years of relevant banking expertise whereas managerial expertise is preferable.

Management Competencies[Building team, Decision quality, Drive for
result, Planning, and Priority setting],

Core Competencies [Perseverance, Continuous Learning, Teamwork,
Integrity and Trust, Customer Focus], and

Functional Competencies [Branch Operations, and Customer Relationship
Management, excellent sales, customer service, and interpersonal
skills; verbal and written communication skills and Sharia knowledge is
a preferable]

Position 2: Branch Manager I

Education & Experience Requirements

  • BA degree in Accounting /Management/Business Administration / Economics or related area of research with 6 years direct banking expertise whereas managerial expertise is preferable.

Position 3: Manager Branch Sales and Customer Service

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Management, Accounting or associated area with 5
    years of associated expertise.

Competency Requirements

Management Competencies [Building team, Decision quality, Drive for result,
Planning, and Priority setting],

Core Competencies[Perseverance, Continuous Learning, Teamwork, Integrity and Trust, Customer Focus], and

Functional Competencies [Solid technical knowledge of bank deposit and account
opening processes and the full range of products, demonstrated experience in
solving broad scope customer issues, intermediate proficiency in Microsoft
Office Suite and Core Banking system.]
