EXTERNAL VACANCY (EVAC 022)Â OB Vacancy-EVAC/022/2024:
Position 1: Principal Marketing Communication Office
Education Qualification & Experience Requirements;Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and/or Business Administration, Social Media Management, Economics or related field of study with 6 years of relevant experience. Experience in marketing management, marketing, communication, brand management, media promotion or public relation is mandatory while experience in financial sector is preferable.
Competency Requirements;Core Competencies [Perseverance, Continuous Learning, Teamwork, Integrity and Trust, Customer Focus], Individual Competency[Action oriented, Interpersonal skill and Problem solving] and Technical Competency [Brand development & management, industry & product knowledge, media relations] .

Position 2: Principal Corporate MIS and Reporting  Â
Education Qualification & Experience Requirements;BA degree in Management/Economics/Accounting/Business Administration or related field of study with 6 years of relevant experience. Experience in MIS or reporting, planning or monitoring and evaluation is mandatory while experience in financial sector is preferable.
Competency Requirments; Core Competencies: [Perseverance, Continuous Learning, Team work, Integrity and Trust, Customer Focus], Individual Competency [Action oriented, Interpersonal skill and Problem solving], Technical Competencies:[Performance evaluation and monitoring, management information system, report writing].

Position 3: Principal Product Development and Customer Management Officer
Education Qualification & Experience Requirements; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and/or Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field of study with 6 years of related experience. Experience in product development, customer management or product and customer management is mandatory while experience in financial sector is preferable.

Position 4: Senior Corporate MIS and Reporting
