Position 1: District Auditor
Education & Experience Requirements:
BA in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field of study with 4 years of relevant banking experience.
Competency Requirements:
Core Competency [Perseverance, Continuous Learning, Teamwork, Integrity and Trust, Customer Focus], Individual Competency [Action oriented, Interpersonal skill and Problem solving] and Technical Competency [Knowledge of banking Audit principles, experience in undertakes special investigation and report the audit finding to concerning organs, ability to review and validate audit finding and experience in Manages on-line checking of Book of Accounts of Branches against independent schedule).

Position 2: DBA & MIS Officer
Education & Experience Requirements:
MSC/BSC in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field of study with 2 years of relevant experience
Competency Requirements:
Core Competency [Perseverance, Continuous Learning, Teamwork, Integrity and Trust, Customer Focus], Individual Competency [Action oriented, Interpersonal skill and Problem solving] and Technical Competency [Technical knowledge of on database Administration, ability to conduct Business continuity plan (BCP) and HA solutions for database systems, and technical skill to design, development, integration, and testing of production databases]

Position 3: Driver I
Education & Experience Requirements:
Completion of grade 10, 3rd degree driving license with 2 years relevant experience in driving vehicles
Competency Requirements:

Position 4: Senior District Auditor
Education & Experience Requirements:
BA in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field of study with 5 years of relevant banking experience.

Position 5: Principal District Auditor
Education & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Management, Finance, Accounting or related field 6 years of related experience
Competency Requirements:
Core Competency [Perseverance, Continuous Learning, Teamwork, Integrity and Trust, Customer Focus], Individual Competency [Action oriented, Interpersonal skill and Problem solving] and Technical Competency [Understanding of banking Audit principles, experience in undertaking special investigation and report the audit finding to concerning organs, ability to review and validate audit finding and experience in Managing on-line checking of Book of Accounts of Branches against independent schedule as well as ability to coordinate tasks).
