Nib International Bank (NIB) was established on 26 May 1999 under license no. LBB/007/99 in accordance with the Commercial Code of Ethiopia and the Proclamation for Licensing and Supervision of Banking Business Proclamation no. 84/1994 with the paid up Capital of birr 27.6 million and authorized capital of Birr 150 million by 717 Shareholders.
Position 1: Facility Management Officer
Education: BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics or related fields of study
Experience: 4 years relevant working experience;
Place of work: Hossana Districts
Salary: As per the bank’s salary scale
Position 2: Customer Relationship Officer
Education: B.A Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance or related fields of study
Experience: 4 years and above relevant working experience;
Place of work: Addis Ababa(Head Office)
Salary: As per the bank’s salary scale
Position 3: Digital Systems Development & Integration Officer
Education: BSc. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, MIS or related fields of study
Experience: 4 years and above relevant working experience;

Position 4: Senior System Administrator
Education: BSc degree in Civil Engineering, , Construction Management, Building Engineering;
Experience: 10 years and above relevant working experience;

Position 5: HR Business Partner Supervisor
Education:: B.A Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration or related fields of study
Experience: 7 years of relevant work experience of which 2 years in senior positions

Position 6: Principal Succession & Performance MGT Officer
Education: BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration or related fields of study
Experience: 7 years of relevant Work experience of which 2 years in senior positions

Position 7: Principal Digital Wallet & Fintech Management Officer
Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Admi2nistration, Banking & Finance or related fields of study or BSc. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, MIS or related fields of study
Experience: 7 years of relevant work experience of which 2 years in senior positions

Position 8: Manager, Software Development & Support Division
Qualification: BSc. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, MIS or related fields of study
Experience: 10 years of relevant Work experience of which 3 years in supervisory level

Position 9: Branch Manager I
Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance or related fields of study
