NEO Microfinance, “NEO”, is an Ethiopian Microfinance Institution (MFI) under formation that has fulfilled all the prerequisites of the National Bank of Ethiopia’s regulatory requirements necessary to receive an MFI license in Ethiopia.
NEO’s mission is to be a unified fintech entity for lending, payment, and transfers that will create a unique digital-first financial services (Finserv) brand for the Ethiopian market.
Position 1: Saving & Credit Officer
Qualification: BA Degree /Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Agricultural Economics or related fields
Experience: 2/4 years with relevant work experience in Financial Institutions
Special Skill: Basic Computer Knowledge, especially Ms-Word and Ms-Excel

Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Senior Accountant (HO)
Qualification: BA Degree /College Diploma/TVET in Accounting & Finance or related fields.
Experience: 4/6 years of relevant experience in Microfinance Institutions is mandatory
Special Skill: Basic Computer Knowledge, especially Ms-Word and Ms-Excel
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Branch Cashier
Qualification: BA Degree /Diploma in Accounting, management, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience: 1/2 Years with relevant work experience in Financial Institutions
Special Skill: Basic Computer Knowledge, especially Ms-Word and Ms-Excel
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Branch Manager
Qualification: BA Degree /Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Agricultural Economics or related fields
Experience: 5/7 years with relevant work experience in Microfinance Institutions is mandatory.
Special Skill: Basic Computer Knowledge, especially Ms-Word and Ms-Excel
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
