Position: Junior Technician
Qualification:
- Â Diploma in ICT field.
- 1+ years of experience as a service technician
- Strong analytical and effective communication skills.Â
Responsibilities:
- Setting up and installing & configuring new equipment ( printers, copiers, scanners, multifunctional Printers …)as assigned.Â
- Run machines to test functioning of parts/as per the interest of customer on site/
- Represent the company and technical department to customers professionally.Â
- Clean machines, accurately diagnose and perform minor repairs, and report major repair.
- Assemble machines as per specifications with hand and power tools and measuring devices.
- Extend outstanding support by meeting customers’ needs on time.
- Manage accurate maintenance tool kits , parts and supplies.
- Advise customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Providing routine service and maintenance to copiers, scanners, printers, and fax machines as per manufacturer guidelines on and off site.
- Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning machines, identifying error codes and provide high quality solutions.
- Writing diagnostic reports.
- Providing demonstrations and customer user training.
- Providing excellent customer support and service.
- Establish good relationships with customers and fellow employees.
- Effectively execute all maintenance requestsÂ
- Keep company’s information confidentially.
- Maintain a positive company image through proper attire and appearance.
- Performs other related duties as assigned for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.
